The Moth is an acclaimed not-for-profit organization dedicated to storytelling. They hold live events monthly in several cities across the US. At these shows, audience members are selected to stand and deliver a five minute, unscripted tale of truth.

The website houses hundreds of recorded stories - from firefighters and neurosurgeons, zookeepers and international corespondents, ordained ministers and kindergarten teachers. Some of the stories are funny. Some are heartbreaking. All of them are brilliant.
