The Brand:  Grainger ships over 90,000 supplies, parts and tools every week. From nuts and bolts, to toiletries, to 2000 pd. elevator hydraulic systems. Their customers – building managers and facilities supervisors – are the very backbone of American business. Basically, buildings cannot run without them. And when things need to get done, excuses just don't cut it.

The Campaign:  Grainger is a box of Done. It is as reliable as our industrious building managers and facilities supervisors.

Phase one of the campaign branded the Grainger box as "the Proof of Done". Copy focused on Grainger's understanding of the "no nonsense/no excuses" needs of their customers... the ones "who get it done".

Phase two became more granular, focusing on the actual procurement agents and building managers, industry by industry, The clipboard added to the "no frills" immediacy of the brand.
