Their customers – building managers and facilities supervisors – are the very backbone of American business. Basically, buildings cannot run without them. And when things need to get done, excuses just don't cut it.

The Campaign:  Grainger is a box of Done. It is as reliable as our industrious building managers and facilities supervisors.

The campaign branded the Grainger box as "the Proof of Done". Copy highlighted the "no nonsense/no excuses" ethos of our customers... the ones "who get it done".

Phase two focused on procurement agents and building managers. The clipboard added to the "no frills" immediacy of the brand.
